I Made it! I finally made the move I've always dreamed of :)
I knew the minute I drove into California I was home. I love all the natural surroundings- I live in Hollywood and it's so great to see the mountains and the Hollywood sign on a daily basis. And then to drive by huge movie billboards on every corner and building- to see acting schools ALL OVER and studios big and small- it's great :)
Things are starting off slow, have to work to pay the bills of course, but I'm keeping the faith. Which is rather easy to do with the Sun always beaming :)

I've realized I am the only one holding myself back from accomplishing my life goals so I am now working at O'tooles in Grand Rapids, saving money for my move in July for California.... Figure it's about time, I'm not getting any younger after all ;)

Today was a good day! I now have brand new head shots and other photos to add to my portfolio, I have posted a few new ones, but there are more to come. Bill Chardon is a great photographer to work with! Hanna Wagner was wonderful with hair/makeup too, not to mention just great to have on set to help with the shoot!

Last week I was on set co-starring in a short film based on a fictional couple stuck in the towers on 9/11. Heavy script and long hours but I am excited to see the final cut! I will also post the video once it's completed.

What If... 06/30/2009

I just wrapped on filming "What If" a movie starring Kevin Sorbo and Kristy Swanson, directed by Dallas Jenkins. Everyone on set was great to work with and it was a lot of fun! I hardly call a good time like this work! Not sure exactly where the film will be going but I'll post more when I find out :)

Summer 09 05/13/2009

So far this summer I have become SAG eligible and was cast in Heritage Theatre's, Taming of the Shrew.

I am looking forward to whatever else this Summer holds in store for me, the unknown is so exciting, isn't it!? :D
